Museum of Sound

Ya’an, Sichuan
The Sound Museum consists of several panels collecting sounds and a tranquil water surface. The calm water surface separates the upper and lower parts of the building. The upper part allows for close interaction with nature, with the panels directing people's gaze towards the lake and distant mountains. Below the water surface, the panels define a small theater, spaces for therapeutic experiences, and a sound collection chamber inaccessible to individuals.
